Walk and Talk - Verbal Consultation
Learn how to get the most impact (and return) with your time frame and resources. We review your home with "buyers' eyes". We'll discuss how you can get your home into top condition before the final staging or showcasing. You can take notes and ask questions.
Up to one hour in-home consultation - $99. Additional time at $75 per hour.
Room Ready - Consultation with Written Report
You get the same service as the Walk and Talk, with the addition of detailed room by room checklists and the top ten priorities for your home. We also include suggested paint colors ($25 value), curb appeal suggestions ($25 value) and in some cases illustrations of suggested updates. This is a good idea where you will have many tasks to complete.
Up to two hour visit with written report - $199. Additional time at $75 per hour.
Show and Tell - Consultation and Help for DIY Staging Occupied Home
Roll up your sleeves and help us. With your assistance, we can stage some principal rooms and show you how to complete the rest of the home yourself. This is a great idea when you are on a tight timeline and will not be doing much painting or updating.
$350 buys you 4 hours with one stager and verbal instructions for finishing the showcasing yourself.
Marketing Makeover - Staging Occupied Home
We complete the final staging/showcasing to get your occupied home ready for the market. This includes designing a look that will suit your home and your target market. We often use what you already have, but if necessary we will arrange for supplementary furnishings, artwork or props. These can be on a rental basis, or you can purchase items that will be used in your next home.
If you wish to leave the entire preparation process to us, add our project management services. We will oversee completion of necessary painting, fix-ups, upgrades, de-cluttering, cleaning, property maintenance and other services as required.

Vacant Vitality - Staging Vacant Home
This is our staging to showcase vacant homes. Taking into account your target market, we select and arrange for appropriate rental furnishings and accessories. Then we install everything so as to give your property the wow factor that turns viewers into buyers. Choose from fully staged, partially staged or vignette staging (small scenes). Minimum is $350 plus one month rentals or $199 plus rentals for vignette staging. Delivery and de-staging are included in our price.
